Founding Team

Rahim

Rahim Fazal, CEO and Co-Founder, is a three-time entrepreneur with deep roots spanning the advertising and technology spheres. While still in high school, Rahim co-founded a web-hosting company serving more than 25,000 customers. He negotiated the company's sale while taking his final exams during Senior year. Rahim then started a white-label business application platform, and took it public two years later. Most recently, Rahim was responsible for developing the video ad business at NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising company in Mountain View, CA.

Rahim completed his MBA at Canada's top management school, the Richard Ivey School of Business. Because of his achievements, he was the youngest student in the school's 80 year history accepted without a prerequisite university degree.

Rahim is a frequent and popular speaker to high school and college students across the US and Canada. He is also an advisor to the Extreme Entrepreneurship Education Corporation in New York City.

Noah

Noah Horton, CTO and Co-Founder, is a seasoned software architect who began programming in 2nd grade. He has wide-ranging interests and expertise in video advertising, networking, and software development. After completing a Double Major in Mathematics and Computer Science, he joined Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems. He has filed more than 25 patents and published articles on development techniques in widely read publications, including the Java Developer's Journal.

At Microsoft, Noah was a Developer Evangelist for the company's Fortune 500 accounts. He was later the Program Manager for P2P protocols in Windows, and a member of the 9-person Networking Architecture Committee, which was charged with setting the technical direction of Microsoft's entire Networking division. His leadership at Microsoft earned him a Gold Star Award, given to the top 1% contributors at the company.

Before co-founding Involver, Noah was the software architect at NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising business. Among other things, he was responsible for designing many of the company's ad products.
