Founding Team

Rahim

Rahim Fazal, CEO and Co-Founder, is a three-time entrepreneur with extensive experience in the media, marketing, and technology spheres. While still in high school, Rahim co-founded a web-hosting company serving more than 25,000 customers. He negotiated the company's sale for $1.5M while taking his final exams during Senior year. He then started a white-label business application platform and took it public two years later. Most recently, Rahim was responsible for developing the video ad business at NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising company in Mountain View, CA.

Rahim completed his MBA at Canada's top management school, the Richard Ivey School of Business. Because of his prior achievements, he was the youngest student in the school's 80-year history accepted without a prerequisite university degree.

He is a frequent and popular speaker to high school and college students across the U.S. and Canada. He is also an advisor to the Extreme Entrepreneurship Education Corporation in New York City.

In September 2008, Rahim was named one of America's "Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30" by Inc. Magazine.

He has wide-ranging interests and expertise in video advertising, networking, and software development. After completing a Double Major in Mathematics and Computer Science, he worked for Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems. He has filed more than 25 patents and published articles on development techniques in widely read publications, including the Java Developer's Journal.

His leadership at Microsoft earned him a Gold Star Award, given to the top 1% contributors at the company.

Before co-founding Involver, Noah was the software architect at NeoEdge Networks, an in-game advertising business. Among other things, he was responsible for designing many of the company's ad products.
