Opening: Social Media Sales Guru
Video is hot, right? WRONG. Right now, video is lukewarm (at best). YouTube...and then what? If you're a marketer, you get Involver to make your video hot. Involver’s turnkey platform is THE starting point for marketers creating video campaigns for social networks. We've already established success with a bunch of large-scale campaigns (for Puma and Nissan, to name a few) and we’ve recently won an OMMA Award for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign. Now we need a Social Media Sales Guru to introduce marketers to the future.
More about you:
- Experienced - A (great) record of sales or experience in online media sales is a must. Digital Agency sales experience will get you fast tracked. :)
- Versatile - You've got an ability to work directly with clients, including: developing strategy, building proposals, generating leads, answering client questions, making the sale, and managing campaigns.
- Connected - You've got strong contacts within the online media, digital marketing & professional marketing industries (CMOs, agencies, marketing firms, etc). We are looking for someone who can be immediately effective in filling the pipeline.
- Motivated - You're a go-getter. You can take "no" for an answer, but only after hearing it three times. You will have a vested interest in the company's success and to be successful, you will have to be self-motivated and talented.
- Handy - We're not talking hammers and nails. Familiarity with setting up sales tools and establishing sales processes that others can follow are must-haves. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a similar sytem is a plus.
- Fun - This one is particularly important. We're as much friends as we are co-workers, and culture is important to us. Of course, you'll never be in the office (Always Be Closing), but when you're here, it'll be great times.

Opening: Flash and AS3 Guru
Are you a hard-core Flash and ActionScript programmer tired of creating simple animated banners? Do you want to work on a product that requires real skills and is used by millions of people every month? Involver is looking for a Flash developer to own our unique video technologies.
Right now, video is lukewarm (at best). We're changing that, fast. Businesses come to Involver to make their videos hot. Involver's end-to-end platform is THE starting point for distributing video campaigns on social networks. We've already established success with several large-scale campaigns (Serena Software and Kiva to name two), and now we need a Flash and AS3 Guru to introduce companies to the future.
We need someone who understands complex Flash issues like:
- Flash security model
- External resource management
- Web service consumption
- Dynamic module inclusion
- Distribution as a widget
